Social progress is process of development of society through social, economic and political empowerment of collective people.
Social progress is inclusive because it means progress of the whole society. Hence, first and foremost goal of social progress is eliminating alienation in all its form.
Example: Untouchability earlier used to encompass certain section and left them out in the process of progress.
It just doesn’t need eliminating alienation, but also understanding amongst people of that of co-operation, brotherhood because social progress is just like rights and duties whereby people do not violate this basic principle and then only social progress takes place.

Government of the people should also proactively and sincerely promote its plan of social justice so that most deprived are not further deprived and thus inclusive growth takes place.
