Deism , Theism and Pantheism assume the existence of one god as adequate object of worship. However, they differ with one another with regard to the religion in which god stands to the world.
    Deism:
It was the predominant religious philosophy of British thinkers. In general, according to deism God is perfect, infinite, eternal, omniscient, omnipotent, personal and the absolute reality. As god is perfect, that is why He has created this world as perfect machine and as the machine being perfect; there is no need to have supervisions. IN such notion, God has given free will to man with light of reason by virtue of which he can determine his moral duties.
    Some deism facts:
*God is transcendental to the world.
*God is pictured as the absentee landlord.
*Being transcendental, God and world are mutually exclusive.
*The transcendence of god makes Him un-worshipful.
    Theism:
It is the form of religious belief in which God is taken to be a supernatural person and the creator of the value evolving world. He is transcendental to the world as well as immanent principle.
According to Theism, there is supreme personal God, but He may not be the absolute, for example Ishvara is supreme God who created this value evolving world, but He is not the absolute. Above Ishvara, Nirguna Brahma is there. In this concept, God is not only the worshipful but also He is omnipotent, omniscient and infinitely good.
